Designed around operational excellence and the Senior Traffic Commissioner's statutory guidance
Built around what transport managers actually do.
CoachComp replaces spreadsheets, shared inboxes and scattered PDFs with one operational view of your compliance position.
Core compliance
A single health score, prioritised work and every deadline on one calendar.
Work & sign-off
Cases, tasks and management reviews in one queue, with recorded outcomes and a full trail into the archive.
Policy AI
Gap analysis with citations, cross-policy checks and a Q&A assistant that reads your own policies.
Driver Quality & teams
Gate checks, random D&A draws, training matrix, depot scoping and delegated sign-off.
From incident to resolution, with a defensible trail.
Capture
Open a case from an audit finding, PG9, OCRS letter or routine review — or let an adverse driver check raise one for you.
Investigate
Attach evidence, log notes, assign an owner and apply a deadline aligned to your O-licence undertakings. PSVAR status, MOT dates and driver records sit alongside.
Resolve
Use the Q&A assistant for cited answers, close the case with an audit trail, and prove Earned Recognition readiness before the auditor arrives.

Frequently asked
Does CoachComp give legal advice?+
No. Outputs are presented as compliance support and decision support. Final responsibility for compliance sits with the operator and the nominated transport manager.
What happens when the assistant can't answer?+
It will say so explicitly and recommend the source or specialist you should consult. It will not fabricate references.
Who can see our data?+
Role-based access keeps driver data with the operator. Admin, Transport Manager, Supervisor and Viewer roles are supported, each feature can be switched on or off per role or per person, and staff can be scoped to specific depots.
Compliance support tool. Not a substitute for legal advice or DVSA guidance.
